6. Telehealth Services

We offer telehealth tinnitus appointments for patients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and other eligible locations. By scheduling a telehealth appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are located in a state or jurisdiction where we are authorized to provide telehealth services at the time of your appointment
  • Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person care, and certain diagnostic and treatment steps require an in-person visit
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, a reliable internet connection, and a private setting for your virtual visit
  • Technical difficulties beyond our control may occasionally affect telehealth appointments, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

7. Patient Financing

We offer patient financing through Bread Pay™, administered by Comenity Capital Bank, a Bread Financial™ company. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of Bread Pay™. We make no representations or warranties regarding financing approval, rates, or terms, as these are determined solely by Comenity Capital Bank.

Loan terms range from 0 percent to 29.99 percent APR depending on credit qualifications, loan amount, and selected term. Financing is available for qualified purchases between $50 and $10,000. By applying for financing, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by Comenity Capital Bank.

8. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from our practice, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment scheduling, reminders, and practice communications. Message frequency will vary. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications.
