We are partnered with Bread Pay™ to offer financing for qualified patients. Loans are available for purchases between $50 and $10,000, with terms structured to fit your budget. Apply during your appointment, get a quick decision, and start care without delay.

Good Faith Estimates
Under federal law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges for non-emergency, non-insurance items and services. We are happy to provide a Good Faith Estimate before any treatment program begins, in writing, with no obligation to proceed.
HSA & FSA Eligible
Many of our services qualify as eligible expenses under Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. Ask our front desk if you are unsure how to apply your HSA or FSA funds toward your tinnitus care.
