Dr. Paige Wendling, AuD
Dr. Paige Wendling joined the Tinnitus Treatment Center of Philadelphia in 2026 and sees all of the clinic's patients. She provides tinnitus and hyperacusis evaluations, Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, Lenire treatment and hearing aids for tinnitus. Dr. Wendling works closely with Founder & Clinical Advisor Dr. Gail Brenner to carry forward the clinic's personalized, evidence-based approach to care.
Beth Robinson
Beth Robinson serves as the Patient Care Coordinator for the Tinnitus Treatment Center of Philadelphia. She is often the first friendly voice you will hear when you call our office, and her job is to make sure every step of your tinnitus journey feels organized, supported, and stress-free.
Beth brings nearly two decades of experience in patient-facing healthcare and consultative roles. She most recently served as a Patient Care Coordinator at LaserAway in Ardmore, where she managed appointment scheduling, coordinated with medical staff, and walked patients through their treatment options with attention to detail and HIPAA compliance. Earlier in her career, she spent more than five years as a Senior Safety Consultant for Connect America, advising prospective clients on medical alert solutions and matching individual needs to appropriate care, where she became a top and consistent producer.
Beth is committed to creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient. Whether she is answering your first questions about tinnitus treatment, helping you coordinate your initial consultation, or simply offering a kind word on a hard day, her warm and detail-oriented approach helps every patient feel heard, respected, and supported. Beth lives in Springfield, PA, and brings the same care and consistency to her work that she does to her own community.
Founder & Clinical Advisor Dr. Gail Brenner, AuD
Dr. Gail Brenner is an award-winning Doctor of Audiology and one of the most accomplished tinnitus specialists in the United States. Since 1988 she has transformed thousands of lives through a caring, personalized approach to tinnitus care, building a therapeutic alliance with each patient she sees.
Dr. Brenner's clinical path was shaped by a question she developed early in her career: why does tinnitus trouble some people so profoundly while others with the same condition are barely affected? That question drove her to seek out the most advanced, evidence-based treatments available, and to bring them home to her patients in the Philadelphia area.
After more than 40 years of seeing patients, Dr. Brenner has stepped back from clinical care. She remains involved with the practice as Founder & Clinical Advisor.

More About Dr. Brenner
In 1994, Dr. Brenner received intensive training directly from Dr. Pawel Jastreboff, the neurophysiologist who created the Neurophysiological Model of Tinnitus and developed Tinnitus Retraining Therapy. She is recognized as one of the leading TRT practitioners in the country.
In April 2023, Dr. Brenner was selected as one of only 15 tinnitus specialists in the United States invited by Neuromod Ltd. to Dublin, Ireland for initial training on Lenire, the first FDA-approved bimodal neuromodulation device for tinnitus. She returned as the only Lenire provider in the Philadelphia area and has since been featured in CBS News Philadelphia and AARP for her expertise with this breakthrough technology.

Dr. Ben Thompson is the owner of the Tinnitus Treatment Center of Philadelphia and the founder and CEO of Treble Health®, the nation's leading tinnitus care group.
Like Dr. Brenner, Dr. Thompson trained in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy under Dr. Pawel Jastreboff. This shared clinical lineage anchors the philosophy of care at our Bala Cynwyd clinic: rigorous, personalized, and grounded in the science of how tinnitus actually changes over time.
