Accessibility
The Tinnitus Treatment Center of Philadelphia, part of Treble Health®, is committed to making our website and our care accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. As a practice that cares for people with tinnitus, hyperacusis, and hearing loss, we understand how important clear, accessible communication is.
Our Commitment
We are continually working to improve the experience of our website for all visitors. We strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, a widely recognized standard for making web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What We Do
Our ongoing efforts include:
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
- Using clear headings and a consistent page structure
- Supporting keyboard navigation throughout the site
- Maintaining readable text and sufficient color contrast
- Making phone numbers tappable on mobile devices
- Labeling form fields clearly so they work with screen readers
- Reviewing new pages and content for accessibility before they are published
Third-Party Content
Some content on our website is provided by third parties, such as embedded videos, maps, patient review platforms, our online Tinnitus Quiz, and financing applications. While we choose partners carefully, we do not control the accessibility of their content. If you have trouble using any of these features, please contact us and we will provide the information in another way.
